2-Vehicle Crash at Florin Intersection in Sacramento County
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. (August 21, 2024) — A car accident involving major injuries happened Wednesday morning at Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard in the Florin area of Sacramento County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of Florin Road at 5:35 a.m. on August 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a black Mercedes SUV and a silver Toyota Tacoma pickup truck were involved.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt including at least one person with a major injury, the report said.
Also, the crash left debris in the number one lane and the vehicles were blocking the Nos. 2 and 3 lanes, the report said.
Tow trucks removed both vehicles due to significant damage and investigators are working to determine fault for the car accident on Florin Road.
