Major Injury Car Accident Fowler Avenue, De Woody Street in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif., (August 27, 2026) — A major-injury traffic collision occurred early Thursday morning at South Fowler Avenue and De Woody Street in Fresno.
Authorities responded to the crash scene on August 27th at approximately 5:23 a.m. The collision was classified as a major injury accident by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The exact circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were dispatched to the scene, with reports indicating that FIRE personnel were also present. Notably, a Skylife unit was initially dispatched but later canceled.
