3-Vehicle Collision at Tehama County Intersection
TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 4, 2024) — A major injury crash happened Wednesday afternoon at Gyle Road and Rawson Road near Richfield in Tehama County.
The three-vehicle traffic accident occurred in front of 21815 Gyle Road at around 11:46 a.m. on Dec. 4th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a Jeep Compass and a pickup truck were among the three vehicles involved. The pickup crashed into a pole that fell on top of it and downed power lines. The Jeep had major front-end damage following the crash.
The Tehama County Fire Department responded and located at least three people with injuries. One person had major injuries and was airlifted to a trauma center and two others had moderate injuries, the report said. One person also had minor injuries.
