Two-Vehicle Collision on La Riviera Drive in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Nov. 21, 2024) — Two vehicles were involved in a crash Thursday morning at La Riviera Drive, just east of Salmon Falls Drive in Sacramento.
The major injury collision occurred in the eastbound lanes around 7:05 a.m. on Nov. 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Audi and a silver Honda were involved. The male driver of the Honda was stuck in the vehicle with airbags deployed and he was unable to open the door.
Paramedics responded and located at least one person with major injuries who was transported to UC Davis Medical Center for further treatment.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on La Riviera Drive in Sacramento.
