One Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Collision
OASIS, Calif. (July 19, 2024) — A major injury crash involving multiple vehicles happened Friday morning in Oasis at State Route 86 and 81st Street.
The drivers of a Ford Expedition, red Kia sedan, and black Dodge Ram pick-up truck collided at around 10:32 a.m. on July 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported one of the vehicles overturned in the collision.
Paramedics from the Riverside County Fire Department responded and found the driver from the Kia with major injuries.
They transported the driver by helicopter ambulance to Desert Regional Medical Center.
Meanwhile, driver of the Ram pickup truck was treated for minor injuries, but the driver of the Expedition was not hurt.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Oasis crash on State Route 86.
