Major Injury Head-on Crash in El Dorado Hills on Green Valley Road

EL DORADO HILLS, Calif., (June 8, 2026) — A head-on crash involving major injuries occurred Monday on Green Valley Road at Lexi Way in El Dorado Hills, between a white pickup truck and a white BMW sedan.

The crash was reported on June 8th at approximately 4:23 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The incident left the roadway blocked and involved live exposed wires from a damaged pole, located at the scene.

Responding officers found one party trapped in a vehicle and called for paramedics. The CHP updated the situation to a major injury collision after the initial reports.

Tow trucks from G and O Towing and United Towing were dispatched to clear the vehicles from the scene.

The CHP is currently investigating the cause of the collision and is requesting that any witnesses come forward to assist in their inquiries.
