60-Year-Old Man Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver
LOCATION: San Francisco
DATE OF COLLISION: Wednesday, October 3rd
October 4, 2018- According to the SF Gate, a major injury hit-and-run pedestrian versus vehicle collision was reported last night at the cross streets of Bakers and Oaks streets.
At approximately 9:07 p.m., a 60-year-old man had been walking near the Panhandle before being hit by an undisclosed vehicle whose driver failed to stop and render aid.
The man who has not been identified by name sustained major life-threatening injuries for which he remains hospitalized for as he is currently in critical condition..
According to witnesses, the suspect was last seen headed eastbound on Oak Street.
No arrests have been made as the San Francisco Police Department encourages anyone who may have information to contact them immediately.
