Santa Ana hit-and-run Euclid Street and Hazard AvenueSANTA ANA, California (December 24, 2016) – A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by two drivers, including a hit-and-run suspect, Friday night at Euclid Street and Hazard Avenue, according to the Orange County Register.

The collision took place around 9:50 p.m.

As per the article, Santa Ana Police Department said a man in his 50s was crossing the street when he was hit by a silver car.

The man was left lying on the ground as the driver did not stop and fled. He was then ran over by a Honda whose motorist remained at the scene.

Police affirmed that the victim was transported to the hospital and was listed in critical condition. His name has not been yet released.

Meanwhile, it was reportedly raining and dark in the area which possibly led to the second vehicle hitting the pedestrian.

We offer our sincerest thoughts and prayers to the man and wish him a swift and full recovery. We hope the other driver involved will be located and justice will soon be served.
