Man in Wheelchair Seriously Injured in Los Angeles Accident on 10 Freeway
LOS ANGELES (May 11, 2018) – A man in a wheelchair was seriously injured after a traffic accident along 10 Freeway early Friday morning, according to On Scene TV.
The collision was reported at approximately 2:45 a.m.
As per On Scene TV, Los Angeles Fire Department officials said a man in a wheelchair was struck by a cement truck. The truck was reportedly exiting the eastbound 10 freeway at Crenshaw Boulevard when it hit the pedestrian.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the victim who suffered major injuries to his leg. The patient was then taken by ground ambulance to the hospital for treatment.
The name and condition of the man at this time remained unknown. Meanwhile, the operator of the truck stopped and stayed in the area after the crash.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
