Truck Hits Traffic Signal Pole
CARMICHAEL, Sacramento County (July 13, 2016) – A man sustained injuries as a result of a hit-and-run collision on Fair Oaks Boulevard at Engle Road, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident took place today after 8:30 p.m.
In detail, the CHP logged a blue pickup truck hit a traffic signal pole along the roadway. From that wreck, a man who was unintentionally at the scene was hit and sustained injuries. It was not clear whether the injured party is a pedestrian or an occupant from a second vehicle.
Further, the suspect’s vehicle drove off after the crash. It was last seen headed northbound on Fair Oaks.
The identity of the hurt person remained private due to coroners still notifying its next of kin.
