Man Riding E-Bike Struck, Killed in El Monte Crash on Richwood Avenue
EL MONTE, Calif. (Sept. 15, 2026) – A man riding an e-bike was struck and killed in a crash with a pickup truck Monday night in El Monte on Richwood Avenue.
The traffic accident occurred around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14th, in the 4100 block of Richwood Avenue, near Bryant Road, according to the El Monte Police Department.
Paramedics responded and provided medical care to the man on scene, however, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the female driver of the pickup that struck the man stopped and cooperated with authorities.
