
Suspect in Hit-and-run Crash Sought by Police
CHICO, Calif. (Sept. 25, 2024) – A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian in a parking lot accident outside the Oasis Bar at West First Street near Walnut Street in Chico.
The Chico car accident happened early Wednesday morning at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 25th, according to Action News Now.
A witness told authorities the motorist was driving a grey pickup truck when they struck the man in the parking lot.
Paramedics responded and rushed the injured man to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police continue to search for the suspect who fled, but there are no further details.
