In this case, there are several questions that need to be resolved in order to determine the cause of the crash. According to officials, the male driver of the Mazda pickup was not able to notice the stopped vehicles ahead of him. Was the driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs a factor? Did excessive speed or distracted driving play a role? Was he reckless or negligent at some point?
Pending the results and findings of the investigation for this accident, Mandy Robbins will possess the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party.
