Colton Man, 34, Killed in Crash on Freeway
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (Sept. 14, 2023) — Manuel Anthony Ybarra, 34, of Colton, died in a pedestrian accident in San Bernardino a week ago on the Interstate 215 Freeway.
The deadly collision occurred around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, September 7th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officers responded to southbound Interstate 215 Freeway at Orange Show Road in the city of San Bernardino after the report came in about a traffic collision.
They located the injured pedestrian, but unfortunately he died at the scene.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner later identified the victim as Manuel Anthony Ybarra.
Investigators with the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino are working on the case.
