Man, 55, Killed in Crash on Main Street ID’d
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Oct. 11, 2023) — Mark Logan, 55, died Sunday in a pedestrian accident on Main Street and Vernon Avenue in South Los Angeles.
The deadly crash was reported at 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 8th, according to MyNewsLA And the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
A driver in a car struck the victim due to unknown circumstances. The motorist stopped and someone called 911 for help. Paramedics responded, but Mark Logan sustained major injuries and died at the scene.
He was later identified by the Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner. It’s unknown at this time where he resided.
The case remains under investigation to determine fault.
