Marshall Bradley, 24, Jailed After Injury Car Accident on Industrial Road Friday
Sacramento, CA (May 1, 2021) – Police arrested 24-year-old Marshall Bradley in relation with a traffic collision that occurred on Industrial Road on April 30, Friday.
The Sacramento Bee reported Marshall Bradley was behind the wheel of a vehicle traveling on Industrial Road in West Sacramento. When Bradley approached the 3600 block of the road, he allowed the vehicle to veer off the traffic lanes. The allegedly intoxicated driver crashed into the back of a legally parked vehicle.
Driver, 57, Hospitalized After DUI Car Crash in West Sacramento
According to the article published online, the 57-year-old man behind the wheel of the rear-ended car suffered injuries as a result of the incident. Paramedics transported the innocent driver to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries.
Meanwhile, investigators later determined and confirmed Marshall Bradley was under the influence of drugs at the time of the collision. For this reason, West Sacramento police officers arrested the man on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Furthermore, officers booked Marshall Bradley to Yolo County jail with charges for driving on a suspended license after a prior DUI offense; and for not having an ignition lock on his vehicle.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
