Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 4 near Cummings Skyway
DATE OF ACCIDENT: Saturday, October 20nd
October 24, 2018 – Injuries were reported following a traffic collision Saturday morning on Highway 4 near the Cummings Skyway.
According to the Mercury News, at least ten vehicles collided, for unknown reasons, on the eastbound lanes of Highway 4 at about 8 a.m. Some of the automobiles involved were a white Hyundai Sonata, a Honda Civic and a Ford F-150.
Minor Injury Crash Saturday in Martinez
When emergency personnel arrived at the location, they reportedly rendered aid to parties who suffered minor injuries in the wreck. The identity of the victims, and their conditions at the time have not been disclosed thus far.
The detectives handling the case continue to investigate at this time what exactly triggered the crash.
