Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Sierra Highway Identified

 Masooda Roshan Lancaster Pedestrian Accident Sierra Highway LANCASTER (April 15, 2019) – Masooda Roshan, 37, is identified as the woman killed Tuesday night when she was struck by a vehicle on Sierra Highway.

The pedestrian accident happened at 7:11 p.m. on April 9th at Avenue L. A woman driving an SUV swerved to avoid hitting Roshan, but was unable to and collided with the pedestrian.

Paramedics responded to help the injured woman, but she succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the crash.

The driver stopped and cooperated with the police investigation into liability. At this time, alcohol or drugs were not believed to be factors.
