Driver, 25, Dies in Collision at Oleander and Jurupa Avenue Sunday
Fontana, CA (December 5, 2021) – Maurice Dwayne McIntosh II, a 25-year-old Fontana resident, succumbed to his injuries following a car crash that occurred in the area of Oleander and Jurupa Avenue.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported Maurice McIntosh II was driving in the streets of Fontana Sunday morning. For an unknown reason, the Fontana man got involved in a traffic accident as he approached the intersection. It remained unclear at this time if another vehicle played a role in the catastrophic incident.

Shortly after 8:38 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the location. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to Maurice McIntosh II found with serious injuries. Our sources indicated an ambulance rushed the victim to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Sadly, Maurice McIntosh II succumbed to his injuries and dead in the emergency department around 11:34 a.m.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal car crash at Oleander and Jurupa Avenue happened.
