Riverside County Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Lawyer
It is evident that the driver of the Honda Accord will be held fully responsible for causing the collision that led to the death of the innocent children and injuries of a man involved. The motorist and another party are accused of conducting a street race which is considered illegal. We hope authorities will continue to investigate the crash and justice will then be served.
In such cases where negligence or wrongdoing are clearly factors, the surviving families of the two boys will be entitled to a lawsuit against the suspect. Family members of wrongful death victims are entitled to a recompense for damages including funeral costs, loss of future income and loss of love and companionship.
Meanwhile, the injured man will have then the right to pursue a personal injury claim, seeking compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages and pain and suffering.
