Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Mead Valley Crash at Alexander and Bailly Streets
MEAD VALLEY, CA (June 4, 2023) – A crash left a motorcycle rider seriously injured at Alexander and Bailly streets in Mead Valley.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck took place on Sunday night. Officers reported the accident on June 4 at about 8:32 p.m.
CHP said a male motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Mead Valley. The two crashed at the intersection of Alexander and Bailly streets.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the motorcyclist down on the ground. He sustained major injuries, possibly life-threatening, due to the impact of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and his condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers did not mention if the other driver ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck. The cause of the Mead Valley crash is still under investigation.
CHP forced the corner of Alexander and Bailly streets to shut down after the accident.
