9 Injured in Menifee Crash at Scott and Daily Roads
MENIFEE, CA (November 26, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash at Scott Road and Daily Road in Menifee.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 12:15 p.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said five vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Menifee. The cars crashed at the intersection of Scott and Daily roads.
Cal Fire added that the collision left a pole nearby damaged. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed one trapped occupant from the wreckage.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
A total of nine people ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Two victims sustained moderate injuries while three other patients survived with minor injuries.
Paramedics then rushed them to the hospital for treatment. Medical personnel assessed four other individuals who declined further aid.
The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Scott and Daily roads to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Menifee crash is still under investigation.
