Bicyclist Injured in Crash on G Street Near Park Avenue
MERCED (July 12, 2018) – A bicyclist was injured in a traffic collision on G Street near Park Avenue Thursday afternoon, according to Merced Sun-Star.
As per the article, a 52-year-old man was riding a bicycle in the area around 3 p.m. The bicyclist reportedly traveled east across the right southbound lane of G Street and was struck and ran over by a white a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.

Responding paramedics rushed the bicyclist to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of major trauma including severe head injuries. At this time, the identity of the injured party and his condition have not been disclosed thus far.
