Vehicle Hits Pedestrian at Solis Street and Drake Avenue
Merced, CA (April 8, 2021) – On April 4, a pedestrian accident occurred in the area of Solis Street and Drake Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol group.
Initial records indicated a vehicle struck a female party at the Merced intersection Sunday evening. At the moment, the make and model of the automobile involved in the collision have not been revealed thus far.
Per CHP log, officers received a call around 8:40 p.m. The reporter claimed a car of unknown make and mode hit their daughter at the crossing of Solis and Drake.
Minor Injury Pedestrian Accident in Merced, April 4
Emergency crews responded to the accident scene and checked the condition of the pedestrian. After the evaluation, paramedics confirmed the female party sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. The name and age of the victim remained unknown at this time.
Meanwhile, police continue to withhold information on the driver involved in the crash.
