Those of us at Johnson Attorneys Group offer our prayers to the victim hurt in this collision in hopes of a speedy recovery.
A pedestrian will typically have the right-of-way in the roadway, but many drivers are distracted or speeding when they collide with a person in the street. Sometimes, the driver and pedestrian will share the blame for an accident. Police will go over evidence to determine liability.
