Miata and Big Rig Water Truck Crash with Major Injuries on Sage Road Near Temecula

TEMECULA, California (October 7, 2014) – One person suffered major injuries Tuesday afternoon in a collision between the drivers of a car and a semi-tractor trailer water truck on Sage Road, according to a  dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported about 11:02 a.m. The crash was completely blocking the roadway after the water truck and the blue Mazda Miata hit one another.  Paramedics responded to the intersection to assist at least one person with major injuries. They were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, but meanwhile police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability.

“Being involved in a car accident can be a frustrating time, but if you are seriously injured it can be a life-changing event,” said Attorney James Johnson. “Many people who are injured in car crashes fail to obtain necessary treatment and worsen their injuries as well as changes of recovering compensation for them.”
