Chowchilla Crash Investigation
Police are reviewing the circumstances that caused this collision in an effort to determine liability.
In a case such as this one, a person who has suffered injuries or a loss may recover financial losses in a personal injury claim to recoup costs for medical expenses, lost wages, property damage and funeral expenses. It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed.
