Michael Nunez, 35, Killed in Crash at Mojave and El Evado
VICTORVILLE (December 26, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident in the area of Mojave Drive and El Evado Road Sunday evening, according to sheriff’s department.
San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as 35-year-old Michael Nunez, of Victorville.
As per a statement released by the sheriff’s department online, officials said Nunez was struck by a vehicle for an unknown reason at the intersection of Mojave Drive and El Evado Road.

Fire department officials responded to the site and pronounced the man dead at the scene. The fatal collision was reported on December 23 at about 6:34 p.m.
Meanwhile, deputies did not mention whether or not the driver of the car involved stopped and cooperated with the authorities after hitting the pedestrian.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
