Michael Wilson, 25, Killed in Moreno Valley DUI Crash on Reche Vista Drive
MORENO VALLEY, CA (October 25, 2022) – Michael Wilson was killed after a DUI crash on Reche Vista Drive in Moreno Valley.
The coroner’s office identified the 62-year-old San Jacinto man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place last week on Friday.
The incident happened when Michael Wilson was driving a black 2013 Toyota Camry south on Reche Vista Drive in Moreno Valley. At the same time, a red 2022 Toyota Camry was going north.
The California Highway Patrol said the red Toyota crossed the solid double-yellow lines into the path of the other car. In the process, the newer Camry slammed head-on into the 2013 vehicle.
Drunk Driver Hits Another Car
The two cars crashed just south of Hill Court. The Press Enterprise wrote that the accident occurred on October 21 shortly before 7 p.m.
Michael Wilson died at the scene of the crash. CHP added that the driver of the 2022 Toyota sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Paramedics rushed the patient to the Riverside University Medical Center for further aid. Meanwhile, CHP believed that the wounded party was under the influence of alcohol when they hit the victim.
Officers forced a stretch of Reche Vista Drive to shut down for a time following the wreck. The Moreno Valley crash is still under investigation.
