Vehicle Involved in Crash on Highway 99 Fled the Scene
FRESNO, Calif. (July 12, 2024) — A multi-vehicle collision happened Friday afternoon on the northbound Highway 99 in Fresno County, California.
The traffic accident occurred on July 12, 2024 at around 3:50 p.m., just south of the Olive Avenue off ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three vehicles were involved in this car accident: a blue Nissan, a grey Honda, and an unknown vehicle. After colliding, all parties were found in the center divide. However, one party took off and another vehicle was not moveable. Although the fire department was no longer needed at the scene, the ambulance was still called.
Paramedics responded and located the unknown parties who may have been injured and transported them to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the collision on Highway 99 in Fresno California.
