6 Injured in San Diego Crash on Miramar Road Monday
SAN DEGIO, CA (June 27, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on Miramar Road in the Miramar neighborhood of San Diego.
According to an article published by the FOX 5 News, the accident took place on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:30 p.m.
The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the 8000 block of Miramar Road.
Both cars crashed in a parking lot. One of them ended up in the bushes and the other came to a stop with major damage by several large bins near a tree.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of six people, including two children, who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed the juveniles to the Rady’s Children Hospital. Paramedics took the other four patients to local hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Miramar Road to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the San Diego crash is still under investigation.
