MISSION BAY, San Diego (October 24, 2016) – According to an article by Union-Tribune, two women sustained various injuries following a watercraft crash at Mission Bay off Ingraham Street on October 22.
As per the report, the two involved were women in their 20s. Both were riding Jet Ski-type craft off the Ski Beach at about 4:20 p.m.
Circumstances how the crash took place are still under investigation. But officers provided information that both women were injured from the accident.
One woman suffered an open fracture to her leg and the other woman had neck and back injuries. Responding paramedics rushed both parties to a hospital for proper treatment.
Due to coroners still working on notifying their next of kin, the names of the involved were not released.
