Several Injured in Car Crash Near Terminal and Santa Fe Avenues
MODESTO (July 21, 2018) – Several people were injured in a traffic collision on Claus Road Saturday evening, according to the Modesto Bee.
The accident happened near Terminal and Santa Fe avenues.
As per the article, a Lincoln Town car was heading northwest on Santa Fe around 6:15 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, the Lincoln Town drove through a stop sign in the area and was clipped by a Range Rover heading south on Claus. The Lincoln Town spun uncontrollably and came to a rest in a the ditch along the bank of the railroad tracks.

Primary reports indicated two people were pinned in the wrecked Lincoln Town following the incident. Both parties were rushed to hospitals, where they were listed in critical condition. The names of the patients, and their conditions at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Officials added occupants in the Range Rover suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash, but did not seek treatment at the scene.
