1 Seriously Injured in Modesto Crash at Carpenter Road and Taylor Road
MODESTO, CA (August 25, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash at Carpenter Road and Taylor Road in Modesto.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident occurred on Wednesday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:48 a.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Modesto. They crashed at the intersection of South Carpenter Road and West Taylor Road.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars involved as a black SUV and a white Honda. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene near the Foster Farms.
They found one person who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon took the wounded party to a hospital for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the name of the patient and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Carpenter and Taylor roads to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Modesto crash.
