Modesto crash Finch Mariposa
1 Injured in Modesto Crash at Finch Road and Mariposa Road
MODESTO, CA (August 29, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Finch Road and Mariposa Road in Modesto.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Sunday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:08 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Modesto. They crashed at the intersection of Finch Road and Mariposa Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
The incident log described the cars as a gray sedan and a white truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found one person hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took the patient to the Doctors Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Finch and Mariposa roads to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Modesto crash.
