Modesto Crash Elm Avenue and Bennett Avenue (Nov. 18)

2-Vehicle Crash at Modesto Intersection

MODESTO, Calif. (Nov. 18, 2022) — A Modesto crash happened Friday morning between two motorists at Elm Avenue and Bennett Avenue.

The collision occurred about 8:25 a.m. on Nov. 18th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials report the drivers of a black Toyota Corolla and a green Honda Accord collided at the intersection. The Honda Accord reportedly turned into the path of the oncoming Toyota at the intersection, the report said.

At least one person reported injuries following the car accident, but they are considered minor at this time.

The Honda had right side damage and the Toyota had front-end damage and both required tow trucks, police said.

Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the traffic accident.
