Major Injury Modesto Car Accident at Mitchell Road and Tenaya Drive
MODESTO, Calif. (Sept. 20, 2021) — A Modesto crash at Mitchell Road and Tenaya Drive happened Monday afternoon between two or tree vehicles.
The crash happened about 12:34 p.m. on Sept. 20th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One of the vehicles caught on fire and another overturned on the northbound side of the intersection, police said.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the multi-vehicle Modesto crash on Mitchell Road. Paramedics responded and rushed them by ambulance to a hospital or trauma center. The CHP report did not provide the age, gender or identity of any people involved in the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed all three vehicles from the crash scene. One of them was completely burned.
Investigators seek to determine liability for the Modesto crash.
