Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian at B and Beard Street Wednesday
Modesto, CA (July 21, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of B and Beard Street Wednesday evening.
According to the Central Valley TV News, dark Dodge pickup was traveling in the streets of Modesto at about 10 p.m. The motorist reportedly struck an individual as they drove through the intersection of B and Beard.

Responding emergency teams found the pedestrian with serious injuries. The article published online indicated paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim at the scene. Sadly, the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries and died.
The name of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the unfortunate event.
Detectives continue to investigate at this time the precise cause of the deadly pedestrian accident at B and Beard Street.
