MODESTO, California (September 24, 2014) – A fatal crash involving three drivers was reported Wednesday morning on W. Grayson Road at Vivian Road, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a yellow truck, a maroon sedan and a third vehicle collided in a fiery crash at the intersection about 5:44 a.m., CHP officers reported. Stanislaus County Firefighters responded to assist those who were injured and one person died at the scene of the crash.
Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability. The name of the deceased has not been released pending notification of family or next of kin.
