At Least 1 Hospitalized After Car Crash at Mitchell Road and Tenaya Drive Sunday
Modesto, CA (October 15, 2020) – Injuries were reported following an alleged hit-and-run collision in the area of Mitchell Road and Tenaya Drive, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
CHP logged the car accident at about 6:55 p.m.
Per dispatch, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason at the Modesto intersection. Officials identified the cars involved in the crash as a red Honda sedan, and a silver Ford Explorer.
Medical personnel responded to the incident and checked the conditions of all people found at the scene. Primary reports indicated at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the collision. Paramedics reportedly transported the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Meanwhile, authorities confirmed a motorist involved in the accident fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
