Major Injury Motorcycle Accident in Modesto
MODESTO, Calif. (Feb. 22, 2024) — A Modesto car accident involving a motorcycle, a truck and a car happened Thursday on northbound Highway 99, just north of the Kansas Avenue off ramp.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 12:25 p.m. on Feb. 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the crash occurred in the slow lane of the highway.
Paramedics responded and transported the rider to a hospital with major injuries, but there are no further details. It’s unknown if others were also hurt in the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the bike and the sedan from the highway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Modesto motorcycle accident on Highway 99.
