Pedestrian Injured in Crash on Bangs Avenue

MODESTO, Calif. (Dec. 8, 2023) — A Modesto pedestrian accident happened Friday morning at Bangs Avenue and Spyres Way, just west of SR-108 in Stanislaus County.

The collision occurred at around 10:23 a.m. on Dec. 8th in the McHenry area of north Modesto according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch report.

The CHP report stated the pedestrian sustained major injuries and was transported to a hospital for further treatment.

Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the vehicle involved in the crash for evidence.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the pedestrian accident on Bangs Avenue.
