2 Motorcycle Riders Injured After Crash on Highway 1 at Moss Landing Road

September 10, 2018 – Two people were injured in a traffic collision on Highway 1 at Moss Landing Road Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol group.

For reasons still under investigation, a Mazda sedan crashed into a motorcycle on the highway at 8:25 p.m.
Primary reports indicated two parties riding the motorcycle were ejected during the impact. The two parties were reportedly seen downed and unconscious on the side road.
Authorities mentioned one of the victims sustained serious injuries as a result of the incident. No additional information has been yet disclosed on the conditions of the other parties involved in the crash.
The exact circumstances that led to the major accident remained under investigation.
