Police Say Alcohol, Nitrous Oxide Involved in Monterey Park Car Crash
MONTEREY PARK, Calif. (March 18, 2020) – Two women were injured in a rollover crash on Sunday morning on Garvey Avenue in Monterey Park.
The driver is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and nitrous oxide, according to the Alhambra Police Department.
Alhambra and Monterey Park police officers responded to the crash scene about 1:15 a.m. on March 15th.
to the 1800 block of Garvey Avenue in response to reports of a car that had flipped over several times, before resting on its roof.
Police found one woman standing outside the car and a second trapped inside the vehicle. Both suffered moderate injuries.
The Monterey Park Police Department will be investigating the traffic crash.
