Ruben Arroyo, 9, ID’d; two injured in Moorpark tanker truck crash
Ventura County Accident Investigation
At this time, it’s unknown who is at fault for this tragedy. It’s unknown if the truck pulled out in front of the vehicle or if the opposite was the case. A full investigation is underway to determine fault.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of the boy who died and our prayers to the child and woman who were badly hurt.
In a case such as this one, there could also be more than one entity responsible for this collision including an employer if the driver was working at the time of the crash, an auto manufacturer or a government entity. A qualified attorney would conduct a full investigation into the circumstances and ensure all responsible parties are identified.
