MOORPARK, California (April 7, 2016) — A tanker truck overturned onto its side following a crash with a car Thursday morning at the intersection of Moorpark and Read roads, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The roadway was completely blocked by the crash about 8:22 a.m. this morning. The Toyota Camry suffered front-end damage and the tanker truck was on its side. Paramedics with the Ventura County Fire Department responded to help those who may have been hurt in the crash and two trucks were required for the two vehicles.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by police to determine liability.
