2 Badly Injured in Moreno Valley Crash at Iris Avenue and Kitching Street
MORENO VALLEY, CA (May 28, 2022) – Two were badly injured after a car crash at Iris Avenue and Kitching Street in Moreno Valley.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:45 p.m.
The Riverside Country Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Moreno Valley. They crashed at the intersection of Iris Avenue and Kitching Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
One of the cars involved then slammed into a wall in the area. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and rescued one trapped occupant from the wreckage.
Two people ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon took both patients to the hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the corner of Iris and Kitching to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Moreno Valley crash is still under investigation.
