MORENO VALLEY, California (Tuesday, July 14, 2015) – A white sedan spun out yesterday and hit the center divide on eastbound State Route Highway 60, east of Perris Boulevard, in what initially looked like a solo crash. The vehicle faced the wrong way in the HOV lane. The two occupants of the car managed to make it across the highway to the right shoulder with the assistance of the driver from another car.
The accident occurred at 1:43 a.m. The two occupants of the white sedan reported to the California Highway Patrol that they had been the victim of a hit-and-run from an unknown vehicle. She had been struck from behind, but could not see the make of the vehicle in the mirror due being blinded by the headlights. The driver of the white sedan required medical attention. An ambulance was called for her.
