MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA (May 22, 2014)- One person suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle rollover car accident Wednesday afternoon in the 25200 block of Sunnymead Boulevard, according to a dispatch by the CAL FIRE/Riverside Fire Department.
About 2:42 p.m., police and parmedics responded to the car accident and firefighters had to rescue the individual who was trapped in the wreckage. The person was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with minor injuries.
A total of 18 firefighters, three engine companies, two truck companies and one overhead personnel responded to the scene of the crash.
“Thankfully, no one was seriously injured in this crash,” said Attorney James Johnson. “Police will issue a report assigning liability for the crash.”
