Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on I-405 Freeway
CARSON, Calif. (August 8, 2024) — A motorcycle accident involving two cars happened Thursday morning on the northbound Interstate 405 Freeway in Carson.
It happened at around 8:30 a.m. on August 8th near Del Amo Boulevard and the Carson weight station, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The motorcyclist went down in a slow lane after colliding with a black Nissan and a white Jaguar sedan, the report said.
The other drivers came to a stop and paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcycle rider who was conscious and breathing, the report said.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the 405 Freeway in Carson.
